Agronomists
The ideal candidate must have prior experience of working in Eastern Africa on large scale Agriculture projects (minimum of 500 hectares) ranging from Rice, Wheat, Pulses (Lentils), Sugarcane, Soya, spices and oil seeds.
Farm Managers
The ideal candidate must have prior experience of working in Eastern Africa on large scale Agriculture projects (minimum of 500 hectares). They must also possess extensive optimized Integrated Pests and Fertilizer management skills. Knowledge of and experience with organic profitable farming practices is highly desired.
Green House Managers
The ideal candidate must have past experience with high altitude floriculture projects. Prior experience of working in Eastern Africa, familiarity with Integrated Pests and Fertilizer management and knowledge of organic profitable farming practices is highly desired.
Sales and Accounts Managers
The ideal candidate is required to expand the customer base list by marketing Agriculture and Floriculture products in Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Apart from the above-mentioned openings, we are also looking for Post-Harvest Managers for both Agriculture and Floriculture projects. Relevant experience in the field is required.
